Often we work from dimensioned drawings that have already been prepared by an Architect, Architectural Consultant or Builder. Providing that the drawings show sufficient information, we can design all structural elements of the build without the need to visit your home.
If drawings are not available, a site visit will be required so that we can fully understand the existing structural layout of your home and your requirements. We can arrange for drawings to be prepared to acquire Planning Permission (if required) and Contractors to price the work involved so that you can get competitive quotations.
